**Important information regarding a change to CPS order set up with Featureline**

With immediate effect, the notification of "52 fail CPS Centrex-Auth Code" will NO LONGER STOP the progress of the CPS set-up order.

Changes are as follows:

After 3 working days the order will automatically progress to "confirmed" without the need to confirm via email to progress the order. If you do not wish the order to progress-please notify provisioning@kcom.com with the subject header 'FEATURELINE CANCEL OWN-URGENT' listing the CLI to be cancelled-the provisioning team will cancel the order on your behalf.

08 Numbering changes

Ofcom the communications regulator has announced that as of 1 August 2009 new rules will come into effect regarding the charging of calls to 0870 numbers.

0871 / 0872 / 0873 number changes
In line with the new Ofcom rulling, as of 1 August 2009 Phonepay Plus will regulate all 0871 / 0872 / 0873 numbers. The majority of the new regulations within the new code will apply to 0871 / 2 / 3 numbers as they do to all other Premium Rate Services.

Providers of 0871 / 2 / 3 numbers will need to contact their customers to provide notice of changes to contract and outpayment terms due to these regulatory changes.

0871 / 2 / 3 customers will also be affected by the changes and will have to provide clear pricing information with regards to call costs.
